Oh no! I'm Overdue! What Happens Now?

We do our best to make sure that you are not borrowing more than you can pay back, however, sometimes this can happen when you have been out of work for an injury or your account has been affected by other bills.

Don’t worry! Clair will not charge you late fees for an overdue balance! Your ability to take an advance will be put on hold until your overdue balance has been repaid. You can repay this by entering your Clair experience and initiating a manual repayment. Once your advance has been repaid, you will be able to apply for another advance again! Clair will not charge you interest or fees for having an overdue advance.
