What (if anything) do employers need to do to offer Clair?

Clair partners with HR Tech companies to provide an embedded solution that offers EWA directly to employees in the partner mobile app. With this embedded experience, employees can access wage advances without any impact to Employers or changes to payroll, it also removes all the need for HR teams to do any heavy lifting. Although clients will retain the right to opt out of providing Clair’s services to their employees, no lift is required from employers to provide this wonderful benefit to their employees.
