What information can Clair see from my employer?

Through our partnership with your employer, time and attendance provider or payroll provider, we are sent the following information* to underwrite On-Demand Pay:


1. Your clock-in and clock-out times.

2. Your reported pay rate. (if your pay rate is not reported, minimum wage is used)

3. If you are an eligible salaried employee, your salary amount and pay dates.


Clair is unable to make changes to or alter information provided by the partnered system. If there is a discrepancy in your hours or pay, please check with your employer first to verify the information was reported correctly to your partnered time and attendance provider or payroll provider.
